Gold Is Dead, Bitcoin Officially an Asset Class Says Matt McCall

The Fed at some point will have to raise interest rates, but "I don't see it happening for years," says Matt McCall of The McCall Report.

He asserts the Fed and the White House work, "hand-in-hand," and will kick the can down the road when it comes to the disruption seen from inflation within the U.S. economy.

McCall, the newest member of the Stansberry Research team, defines himself as a realist, noting that economists tend to react to economic events rather than being proactively in front of them.

"Bitcoin is now a true asset class," says McCall, where cryptocurrencies have an over $2 trillion market cap. Bitcoin reaching $250,000 is, "very obtainable in the next three years," he asserts, with demand increasing and supply at a standstill. Not Thinking Like the Wealthy Will Cost You Everything Warns E.B. Tucker

There are no tightening signals from the Fed, even though they have hinted otherwise, asserts E.B. Tucker, author of "Why Gold, Why Now?"

He tells our Daniela Cambone that U.S. stock markets are, "stalling out right now, and something drastic has got to happen." He highlights the erosion of wealth savings in the U.S. right now, and says the nuance of his book describes gold as only a small fraction of the pie.

E.B. says the rising trend of NFT values should be cautioned in his view, correlating hot stocks during a "boom" to a lack of buyers once the wave dies down.

He believes inflation is much more present than central bankers insinuate, saying "everyone is telling you prices are going up [at super markets]."

Why I Didn’t Choose to Become a Bitcoin Maximalist - Jordan Fried

Immutable Holdings recently went public on Canada's NEO Exchange, aiming to diversify a portfolio of blockchain businesses to shareholders. Jordan Fried, Immutable Holdings Chairman and CEO, says up until this point in time there has not been any equity exposure plays in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Fried tells our Daniela Cambone that he wanted to go public with Immutable Holdings now, defining it as the "Berkshire Hathaway" of blockchain because of the role it plays in equity markets. He asserts that Canadian markets have been progressive in their view towards cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, where Canadian regulators bring much more clarity compared to surrounding nations.

"Not all central bank digital currencies are going to be blockchain related, which I think is kind of a big disappointment," says Fried, as central banks look to evolve the global banking system.
