Did someone press the panic button on the markets? As the major stock markets made new highs and the S&P reached 3580, the sentiment among the money managers (or the "dumb money") got extremely optimistic - in other words, overbullish. Now that the stock market had a drop of just over 5%, we have seen a strange shift in confidence. A 50% drop in the dumb money confidence has happened. What could this mean?
