Now that Bitcoin is above its prior ATH, is it time to become an XRP bull? Historically, it seems to have a major breakout around the time that Bitcoin surpasses its prior ATH. Of course there is a risk we are taking on in the event that Bitcoin comes crashing back down, but perhaps we have reached the phase of the market cycle where the risk might make sense.
