In this video: We analyse Chainlink on 30 October 2026 using Elliott Wave, with the orange support zone at $8.28 to $10.52 as the big decision area. Video by More Crypto Online.
Chainlink is dipping deeper into the support zone as Bitcoin sells off further. The decline is tracked as a wave B or wave 2 pullback, and no low is confirmed yet. On the smaller time frame the price is testing the 50% retracement at $10.46 and could be in a C wave down toward $8.30 to $9.35. If the zone holds, the blue triangle scenario sees the next leg up toward the upper boundary of the sideways range.

The Catalyst: Institutional Real-World Asset (RWA) Launches
• Chainlink 24/7: Launched on October 29, this breakthrough pricing service extends sub-second oracle feeds for tokenized real-world assets into weekends and holidays. Aave is the flagship launch partner, utilizing these feeds to unlock always-on tokenized U.S. Equity lending on its institutional platform, Horizon.
• Expanded S&P Global Partnership: Chainlink has formally brought S&P Global Ratings' Vault Risk Assessment (VRA) data onchain. This gives DeFi protocols and institutions live, sovereign risk analysis directly inside smart contracts to manage exposures across the fast-growing $10 billion lending vault market.
• CustodySync & Global Infrastructure: Chainlink rolled out CustodySync (collaborating with Anchorage Digital) and announced strategic RWA tokenization partnerships with Korea's LG CNS and South Korea's Hanwha Investment & Securities.
The Technical & Market Headwinds
• The Binance Exploit Contagion: LINK’s negative daily price action was largely driven by a systemic risk-off environment triggered by the $6.3 billion Binance security breach. On-chain data from Lookonchain revealed that the hacker's wallets drained and directly offloaded approximately 2.57 million LINK tokens (~$26.05 million) into open market liquidity, artificially depressing spot prices.
• Leverage Flush: Derivatives desks felt the squeeze with roughly $4.89 million in total LINK liquidations, overwhelmingly consisting of long positions (95.6%) as thin liquidity forced cascading margin closures.
• Key Levels: According to technical trackers on Binance Square, LINK is currently trending beneath its 4-hour Exponential Moving Averages (EMA20 at $11.47 and EMA50 at $11.65). Short-term support sits firmly at the daily low of $10.27, while resistance blocks any swift breakout near $11.48.
